On 9.9.1999, the Heads of State and Government of the Organisation of African Unity issued a Declaration (the Sirte Declaration) calling for the establishment of an African Union

    The chamber has established a new investigation department to investigate internet Fraud in Africa, any person or business who has been or is a victim of internet Fraud in Africa can contact the chamber to investigate and prosecute guilty parties.

    The chamber has established a new unit for the sole purpose of fighting human trafficking.The Unit will be fully operational by 12th October 2009.Any person or persons who has been a victim or has been affected by Human trafficking can contact the chamber.

    The chamber will establish an international hotline for international callers who wish to report a crime from Africa.
